These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Krono and form a binding contract between you ("User") and Krono ("Service"). By creating an account you agree to this Agreement in full.
1. Services Covered
This Agreement applies to all features currently provided by Krono, including:
- Quotes – create, send, and manage price quotations for your customers.
- Invoicing – generate and send professional invoices and track payment status.
- Customers – store and manage your customer contact and billing information.
- Customer Portal – provide customers with a self-service portal to view their invoices.
- Products – maintain a catalogue of products and services with pricing.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use Krono only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Data and Privacy
Your business data is stored securely in your account. Krono does not share, sell, or access your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krono's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Krono in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if Krono has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Changes to Terms
Krono reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
